Stuffed Ground Turkey

- .5kg ground turkey shopping list
- Half a can sliced mushrooms shopping list
- half a stalk celery shopping list
- 1/4 small onion choped shopping list
- 1/4 cup small bread cubes (thisis optional you don't have to use) shopping list
- 3 tbsp roasted and peeled chest nuts (can buy them ready to use photo ubove) shopping list
- 2 pinches poultery seasoning shopping list
- salt & pepper to taist shopping list
- 2 tbsp butter shopping list
How to make it
- First in a small pot add the butter, poultery seasoning, salt &pepper,onion and celery cook on low untill soft.
- Then add the chestnuts, bread, mushrooms with a bit of the mushroom water.
- Simmer on low (covered) for a bit to soften the chestnuts and bread.
- In the mean time take half the gound turkey and spread it on the bottom of the loaf pan. Pat down the turkey so its flat.
- Then after you add the stuffing cover with the rest of the turkey.
- I take parts of the turkey in my hands and flaten it then i add it to the top so that the top is even.
- Cook till brown 30-45 min
ready for the oven
