How to make it

  • preheat oven to 375
  • mix together all ingredients
  • place in 2 med loaf pans
  • place in oven for approx 30 minutes
  • take out and cover with tomato sauce
  • return to oven and continue cooking for about 20 minutes
  • serve with mashed potatoes and green beans for a healthful dinner
