Sevilla Green Olives

- 1 can (about 6 ounces) pitted green olives, drained shopping list
- 1/4 cup vinegar shopping list
- 4 canned anchovy fillets, cut in slivers shopping list
- 4 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seed shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed rosemary shopping list
- 2 bay leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Put the olives in a small saucepan and crush with the back of a spoon until they crack open. Cook over medium heat until the olives release their liquid; remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Cool.
