Cheddar Filled Beef Rolls

- 1/2 pound lean ground sirloin shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons spicy barbeque sauce shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons water shopping list
How to make it
- Combine meat, bread crumbs, barbeque sauce, egg and salt then blend well.
- Pat meat mixture into rectangle on foil or waxed paper.
- Combine cheddar, bread crumbs, green pepper and water and pat mixture over meat.
- Roll up roll fashion starting at the narrow end then chill several hours or overnight.
- Slice into 6 servings and bake in a shallow casserole at 350 for 30 minutes then serve hot.
