Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Lightly grease baking dish (like a 9x13x2 pyrex... but any glass dish that you can spread the scallops out in a single layer will work)
  • Spread scallops and "scallop juice" in the dish evenly, single layer
  • Pour melted butter (except the 2 Tbsp. ) over scallops.
  • Sprinkle with sherry, salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 20 min. Remove from oven.
  • Mix cracker crumbs with remaining, 2Tbs, butter.
  • Top scallops with buttered bread crumbs and parsley.
  • Place under broiler 1 min

    It's, honestly, my favorite scallop recipe. My grandma used to make it for me on my birthday every year. Best to use "regular" size scallops, I don't think the "jumbo" ones would work very well. Hope that you like it!
