crab and corn bisque

- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1 lb crab meat ( claws ) shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 2 cup chopped green onion shopping list
- 1 qt heavy cream shopping list
- 24 oz whole corn with liquid shopping list
- 1 quart milk shopping list
- 1 tbs chopped parsley for garnish shopping list
- 1 cup stock shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- Joes stuff seasoning ( or creole/cajun spice blend) shopping list
How to make it
- combine milk, cream and stock
- Bring to a boil, simmer 10 to 12 mins
- Make a rox with equal parts butter and flour to desired color
- Add to simmering pot
- Stir in corn with liquid, crab meat
- simmer 5 mins
- Gradually add hald green onions, salt and seasoning to taste
- Use other part of green onions for garnish
