Broiled Lobster Tails With Garlic-chili Butter

- 4 (8-Ounce Fresh lobster tails) shopping list
- 1 clove of garlic shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon Finely Shredded orange peel shopping list
- 1/2 Teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1/4 Cup Real butter shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat Broiler. Butterfly The Lobster Tails By Cutting Through The Hard Top Shells and Meat. Spread the Tail Halves Apart. Place Lobster Tails, Meat Sides Up, On The Unheated Rack of A Broiler Pan.
- In A Small Skillet Cook Garlic, Orange Peel and Chili Powder in Butter Over Medium Heat About 30 Seconds or Until Garlic is Tender. Brush Mixture Over the Lobster Meat.
- Broil 4 Inches from Heat for 12 to 14 Minutes or Until Lobster Meat is Opague (Pale White). If Desired Serve with Clarified Butter.
- Clarified Butter: Melt 1/4 Cup Butter Over Very Low Heat without Stirring; Cool Slightly. Pour Off Clear Top Layer; Discard Milky Bottom Layer.
