Capellini Fini Alla Puttanesca Bianca

- 2 pounds capellini (extra thin angel hair pasta) shopping list

- 1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 3 cans anchovy fillets -- chopped shopping list
- 8 tablespoons capers shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic shopping list
- 3 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley -- chopped finely shopping list
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 can black olives -- julienned shopping list
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste shopping list

- 8 tablespoons bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare pasta according to directions on the package. Continue with recipe while pasta cooks.
- Put olive oil and anchovies in a large skillet and cook over medium heat.
- Stir until anchovies have dissolved. Add garlic and saute until it begins to change color.
- Stir in parsley, capers, peppers and olives; season with salt and pepper and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and mix well with cooked pasta, gradually adding the bread crumbs. Continue to toss until thoroughly mixed. Serve immediately.

It just so happens that I prefer my
'Pasta' without 'Tomato Products'~!(SOMETIMES)
That being said~ Your "5"FORK!!!!! recipe
is PERFECT for me! I also like Anchovies!
