asparagus Pesto

from Southern Living for thiesd spin: use over pasta, crostini, and top with bacon and cheese
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh aparagus shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup pine nuts shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1 Tbs lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Snap off tough ends of asaparagus
- cook in boiling watwer a few minutes till crisp tender
- plunge in ice water, drain and cool
- Coarse chop
- Proceess with cheese and remaining ingrdients in food processor till smooth, scrapig down down sides when needed
