How to make it

  • preheat oven to 400
  • large bowl mix in ketchup bbq, sauce, and sugar
  • set aside 1/4 cup for later
  • mix in flour, salt, onion powder, pepper, bread crumbs and egg.
  • after you have mixed all that together mix in the meat
  • put in a loaf pan or a pan in a loaf size
  • now put the 1/4 cup mixture that you put aside on the top
  • cook for 40-50 mins or until cooked through
