Chicken with Tomatoes Olives and Cilantro

                    - 1 Tbs olive oil shopping list
 - 4 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 to 2 lbs) shopping list
 - coarse salt and fresh ground pepper shopping list
 - 1 onion,halved lengthwise and thinly sliced shopping list
 - 1 pint cherry tomatoes,halved shopping list
 - 1/3 c pitted green olives ,halved shopping list
 - 1 Tbs fresh lime juice shopping list
 - 1/4 c packed fresh cilantro shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - In large skillet,heat ooil over med-low. Season chicken with salt and peper on both sides. and cook till lightly browned and just cooked through,turning once,15 to 20 mins. Transfer to plate;cover loosely with foil.
 - Raise heat to medium;cook onion,stirring occasionallly,until softened,5 to 7 mins.
 - Add tomatoes and olives;cook till tomatoes soften and release their juice,1 to 2 mins. Remove from heat,and stir in lime juice and cilantro.
 - Season with salt and pepper. Serve chicken topped with tomato mixture.
