How to make it

  • Put kimchis and ginger in pot on medium heat. Sweat for a few minutes.
  • Add miso paste and water. Bring to boil and reduce heat.
  • Simmer on low for 5 minutes.
  • Add chili sauce.
  • Serve in bowls and garnish with scallions/green onions.
