Kimchi Miso Soup

- 1/2 cup cabbage kimchi, roughly chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup radish kimchi, roughly chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger shopping list
- 2 - 3 tbsp of miso paste (depends on how salty you like it) shopping list
- 3 cups of water shopping list
- green onions/scallions, chopped shopping list
- Good squeeze of Asian Sirachi chili sauce if you like it spicy shopping list
How to make it
- Put kimchis and ginger in pot on medium heat. Sweat for a few minutes.
- Add miso paste and water. Bring to boil and reduce heat.
- Simmer on low for 5 minutes.
- Add chili sauce.
- Serve in bowls and garnish with scallions/green onions.
