Ingredients

How to make it

  • Boil the water
  • Add tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes
  • Remove bags;squeezing the excess
  • Add cauliflower and cover
  • Simmer for 15 minutes
  • Drain, reserving 1 cup of liquid
  • In a small pan saute the onions and celery in the butter until tender
  • Put in a blender along with the cauliflower, liquid and salt and pepper.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve
