caramelized onions

- Serves 4
Nice topping for burgers, steaks etc. I use this when I make philly steaks n cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar shopping list
- 1 meduim onion shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter over meduim heat in a skilet.
- Add onion and sugar.
- Cook and stir for 8- 10 minutes till onion is caramelized
