How to make it

  • To make sour milk:
  • Measure 2 cups milk. Whole or 2 percent works best in baking. Add 2 tsp. plain vinegar or lemon juice. Stir ingredients. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Milk should began to curdle slightly. You now have sour milk.
  • To make the Bread:
  • Mix together wet ingredients.
  • Add dry ingredients.
  • Combine until well blended.
  • Pour into two bread pans.
  • Bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
  • Let cool in pan for five minutes, then remove from pan and let cool completely.
