Never Run Out Lime Cubes

- 6-10 limes shopping list
- 2 ice cube trays shopping list
How to make it
- Using a citrus juicer of your choice, squeeze lime juice, including meat, from one lime.
- Pour juice (dividing meat equally) into ice cube trays.
- Note how many cubes are filled by one lime. You should only have to do this step once.
- Repeat juicing and pouring process with all limes.
- Place trays in freezer, allowing cubes to completely freeze.
- Pop lime cubes out of trays and store in a bag in the freezer. Make sure to label the bag with how many cubes you need to equal juice of one lime.
- Whenever you need lime juice for beverages (especially real margaritas) or cooking, use them frozen, or thaw then use.

I agree, what a great idea. Too often I have limes & lemons go bad in the fridge before I can use them up. This will certainly fix that problem. Thanks & 5 forks
