Veggies veggie soup

- ·½ lb unsalted butter shopping list
- ·¼ cup vegetable oil shopping list
- ·6 cups pure water or broth shopping list
- ·2 medium carrots, peeled or chopped shopping list
- ·1 medium onion chopped the way you like it shopping list
- ·4 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped fine shopping list
- ·½ med head cabbage (any type), shredded shopping list
- ·1 lb green beans, chopped the way you like it shopping list
- ·1 med zucchini chopped the way you like it shopping list
- ·Don’t go overboard on the spices below, less IS better shopping list
- ·½ tsp cumin shopping list
- ·½ tsp coriander shopping list
- ·½ tsp cardamom shopping list
- ·½ tsp thyme shopping list
- ·cayenne pepper to taste shopping list
- ·salt to taste shopping list
- ·black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- ·Chop veggies to your liking. Sautee veggies to your liking
- ·Add water or broth
- ·Bring to a low simmer (don’t boil!).
- ·Cook until carrots are tender and add herbs.
- ·Mix well and cook 5 minutes longer).
- ·Eat any way you like, hot, cold, chunky, pureed or strain and reserve broth.
