How to make it

  • Drain salmon, but keep 2 tablespoons of the liquid on the side.
  • Flake the salmon. Pull out any larger bones.
  • Combine all ingredients and mix with your hands until combined.
  • Shape into patties on greased baking sheet (or place in well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan).
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
