Salmon Burgers Or Salmon Loaf

- 1 can (24 3/4 oz.) pink salmon shopping list
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs (about 3 slices bread, cut into sm. pieces) shopping list
- 1/3 c. finely minced onion shopping list
- 1/3 c. finely minced celery shopping list
- (1/4 c. milk if making salmon loaf) shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- dash of lemon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Drain salmon, but keep 2 tablespoons of the liquid on the side.
- Flake the salmon. Pull out any larger bones.
- Combine all ingredients and mix with your hands until combined.
- Shape into patties on greased baking sheet (or place in well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan).
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
