Berries And Cream Cake

This is just yummy!
Ingredients
- cake mix of your choice plus ingredients to prepare shopping list
- Berry jam of your choice shopping list
- Fresh berries for Topping shopping list
- buttercream frosting (store bought or from recipe below) shopping list
- buttercream Frosting: shopping list
- 1 16oz Container marshmallow Fluff shopping list
- 3 Sticks butter, softened and cut into 1-inch pieces shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/2 c powdered sugar plus more, if necessary shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
- For 13"x9" Pan:
- Pour batter into pan.
- Dollop jam on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake as directed.
- Top with berries and buttercream frosting.
- For 2 8" Pans:
- Divide batter evenly among pans and bake as directed.
- Allow cakes to cool completely and remove from pans.
- Spread jam on bottom layer and top with second cake.
- Frost with buttercream and top with berries.
- To Prepare Frosting:
- Spoon marshmallow fluff into a large bowl, beating on low. Gradually add butter pieces, beating well until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and stir well, scraping the sides of the bowl. Add more sugar, if necessary.
