Meatball Casserole

- 2 potatoes cut in rounds shopping list
- 6 banana peppers cut in big pieces shopping list
- 2 tomatoes cut in rounds shopping list
- 2 tomatoes grated shopping list
- 1 cup hot water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced shopping list
- Meatballs: shopping list
- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 2 slices stale bread shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cumin shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 large clove garlic minced shopping list
- 1 onion grated or finely chopped shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Put all meatball ingredients in bowl and mix well.
- Shape into round meatballs.
- In an oven dish place meatballs, potatoes and peppers one after the other.
- Put tomato slices on top and sprinkle with sliced garlic.
- Pour grated tomatoes, hot water, and butter over top.
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top.
- First let it boil on the stove for a couple of minutes then bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
