Enchilada Chicken Dip

- 3 cooked, boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, shredded/pulled shopping list
- 2 (8 ounce) packages light cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 4 green spring onions, finely sliced/chopped shopping list
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chili peppers shopping list
- 1-1/2 tsp. garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 tsp. cilantro, chopped shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. cumin shopping list
- 1 tsp. dried oregano shopping list
- 1 tsp. paprika shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, light cream cheese(I like to whip the cream cheese first), green onions, diced tomatoes with green chili peppers, garlic and cilantro.
- Season with chili powder, cumin, oregano and paprika.
- Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
- Chill time is cooking time.
