How to make it

  • Cook spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
  • In a big pot heat the oil.
  • Saute onion, garlic and pepper for 5 minutes until onions are soft.
  • Add paprika then Swiss chard.
  • Cook for 8 minutes until the water is almost soaked.
  • Add yogurt and stir for 1 minute.
  • Add tomato, black pepper, crushed pepper and salt.
  • Simmer until tomatoes look cooked
  • Mix sauce with spaghetti in a casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle crushed walnuts over evenly then top with grated cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 375 until cheese melts and is slightly brown.
