How to make it
- If usiing fresh onion and garlic dice them first
- In a large skillet cook ground beef with onion flakes, salt, pepper, spanish rice seasoning, garlic and chili powder, ( I eyeball the chili powder till the meat has a slight tinge of color to it.)
- Drain the ground beef when there is still a little but of pink
- Return ground beef to the skillet, and turn to medium high heat
- I usually add extra chili poweder, garlic, and Spanish rice seasoning
- Start to spoon in Picante Sauce to where it causes the pan to crackle
- Stir beef and keep adding Picante sauce allowing the extra liquid to evaporate
- Simmer untill all the liquid from the Picante sauce is about gone
- Pile on tacos, nachos, or whatever else you might want taco meat for
