Move Over Manwich Because Sloppy Joes Are Coming

During my childhood, this was one of my favorite dishes. It was one my mom repeatedly made while my favorite grandmother would serve us Manwich. My mom's won every time!
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean hamburger (7% is what we prefer) shopping list
- 1/2 onion, diced shopping list
- ketchup shopping list
- yellow mustard shopping list
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns shopping list
How to make it
- Over medium high heat, chunk up the hamburger.
- Throw in the diced onion.
- Brown the hamburger with the onion until thoroughly cooked with no pink left.
- Add just enough ketchup to make the hamburger mixture moist.
- Add about 1/4 the amount of mustard.
- Mix together thoroughly.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
- Enjoy!
