Mandarin Chicken Salad

- 15-1/2 ounce can pineapple chunks with juice in heavy syrup shopping list
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
- 12-1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes drained shopping list
- 1/3 cup packed cilantro chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup almonds slivered shopping list
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar shopping list
- 4 cups shredded cabbage shopping list
- 2 cups cooked chicken shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions shopping list
- 1/8 cup toasted sesame seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Drain pineapple reserving 1/4 cup syrup.
- Combine reserved syrup, oil, vinegar and soy sauce then stir briskly with fork.
- Toss cabbage with pineapple, tomatoes, chicken and cilantro in large bowl.
- Add dressing as desired then toss gently.
- Serve sprinled with almonds and sesame seeds.
