How to make it

  • In a shallow dish beat egg, egg white and milk. Dip bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides. Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacture's directions until golden brown.
  • For sauce, in a bowl, crush the strawberries; stir in the pancake syrup. Serve French toast with the strawberry sauce. Yield: 2 servings.
  • Serving size: 2 slices of French toast with 6 tablespoons of sauce
  • Nutritional Values: Calories per serving: 261, Fat: 5g, Cholesterol: 107mg, Sodium: 401mg, Carbohydrate: 40g, Fiber: 4g, Protein: 11g.

    Mmmmmm ed my little waffle crazy guy lol
    i have some for you i will post some unusal ones and some really different ones ok guess what i bought a small waffle maker i have beed looking for ...for some time now makes minature waffles fun huh!!! only 10.00 at walmart too yay!!!i also have a mickey mouse one and heart shaped one lol...dont laugh i used to make these for everyone lol
