How to make it

  • Line an 8" square tin with baking parchment.
  • Melt the butter and set to one side. Melt the chocolate over a pan of gently steaming water and set to one side.
  • Whisk the eggs and sugar well. Gradually whisk in cooled, melted butter.
  • Stir in the sieved flour and cocoa powder. Add the melted chocolate, chopped hazelnuts, and white chocolate buttons, and stir well to combine.
  • Spoon the mix into the prepared tin and bake at 180℃ for about 30 minutes. Leave to cool then cut into wedges or squares.
