Really popular filling for cakes pastry shells meringues ice creams the list goes on...
Ingredients
- 8 oz butter shopping list
- 8 oz caster sugar shopping list
- 1 x tin condensed milk shopping list
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve ingredients in saucepan on medium heat
- Stirring all the time
- Caramel should turn a golden brown colour
- To check if ready drop a blob into a cup of cold water
- try and see if you can form a ball if so it's ready if not keep stirring!
