How to make it

  • Dissolve ingredients in saucepan on medium heat
  • Stirring all the time
  • Caramel should turn a golden brown colour
  • To check if ready drop a blob into a cup of cold water
  • try and see if you can form a ball if so it's ready if not keep stirring!
