Savoury pancake or delicious batter for fish

Recipe originally used to make delish pancakes but i since used it as a batter to coat fish it works a treat
Ingredients
- 110g self-raising flour shopping list
- 1 tbsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 50g butter melted shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds shopping list
- 150ml milk shopping list
- 10 spring onions finely chopped shopping list
- 2 green chillies finely chopped shopping list
- 250g baby spinich leaves shopping list
- 1 egg white beaten to soft peak shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together except for the egg white which needs to be folded in
- Leave to rest for 30 mins
- Use for pancakes or batter for fish chicken etc
