How to make it

  • Scrub potatoes then cut into 1/2" cubes.
  • In a covered medium saucepan cook potatoes in small amount of boiling water 12 minutes.
  • Drain and cool slightly.
  • Meanwhile in a large bowl stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, dill, milk, peel, salt and garlic.
  • Stir in cucumber, green onions and radishes.
  • Add cooked potatoes, tuna and chopped eggs then toss gently to coat.
  • Cover and chill 6 hours then line dinner plates with shredded lettuce.
  • Gently stir tuna mixture and spoon on top of lettuce.
