Dilled Tuna and Potato Salad

- 3 medium red potatoes (about 1 pound) shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh dill shopping list
- 1 tablespoon milk shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 clove garlic minced shopping list
- 1 cup chopped cucumber shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions shopping list
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped radishes shopping list
- 9 ounce can chunk white tuna in water rained and broken into chunks shopping list
- 2 hard cooked eggs chopped shopping list
- 6 cups shredded red leaf lettuce shopping list
How to make it
- Scrub potatoes then cut into 1/2" cubes.
- In a covered medium saucepan cook potatoes in small amount of boiling water 12 minutes.
- Drain and cool slightly.
- Meanwhile in a large bowl stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, dill, milk, peel, salt and garlic.
- Stir in cucumber, green onions and radishes.
- Add cooked potatoes, tuna and chopped eggs then toss gently to coat.
- Cover and chill 6 hours then line dinner plates with shredded lettuce.
- Gently stir tuna mixture and spoon on top of lettuce.
