How to make it

  • Trim the asparagus.
  • Cut them into 1 inch pieces.
  • Heat your frying pan up and put the sesame seeds in it.
  • Stir them constantly until they are toasted.
  • Remove them from the pan and set them aside.
  • Heat the oil in the pan.
  • Add the asparagus and cook , stirring constantly, about 3 minutes.
  • If you happen to have a green onion, add it at the same time.
  • Add the soy sauce ,sesame oil, and sugar and stir.
  • Cover and cook another 2-3 minutes, until the asparagus is tender.
  • Sprinkle with the sesame seeds before serving.
