How to make it

  • Sauté garlic, onion and tomatoes in hot oil in large saucepan.
  • Add chicken and cook stirring for 10 minutes or until chicken colors slightly.
  • Add salt, pepper, fish sauce, tamarind and water.
  • Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  • Add radishes and cook 5 minutes then add spinach and green onions.
  • Cover and remove from heat then serve hot.
