Garlic and Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

- 2 large baking potatoes each cut into 4 wedges shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed rosemary shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 then prepare shallow casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Arrange potato wedges in the prepared pan.
- Combine oil, garlic, rosemary and salt in a small bowl.
- Brush potatoes lightly with oil mixture then bake 1 hour basting with oil from pan often.
