Caesar dressing

- 4 egg yolks shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves minced shopping list
- 2 heaped tsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2 anchovy fillets shopping list
- splash tabasco shopping list
- splash worchester sauce shopping list
- juice of 1 lime (better than lemon in this one) shopping list
- groundnut oil 4 floz shopping list
- olive oil 8- 12 floz shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- little warm water to add at end if too thick shopping list
How to make it
- In a food processor put dijon, garlic, eggs, anchovy, tabasco & worchester sauce. Whizz for about a min
- Add lime juice pulse
- With the machine running add the oil in a slow gradual stream until
- all incorporated.
- If dressing is too thick add a little warm water
