How to make it

  • Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and grated ginger & garlic in a bowl and pour into a ziplock bag.
  • Marinate pork for 1 hour or more in the ziplock bag.
  • Heat sesame oil in a frying pan.
  • Stir-fry the pork slices on medium heat until cooked thoroughly.
  • Serve and eat!
