How to make it
- Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and grated ginger & garlic in a bowl and pour into a ziplock bag.
- Marinate pork for 1 hour or more in the ziplock bag.
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan.
- Stir-fry the pork slices on medium heat until cooked thoroughly.
- Serve and eat!
