How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 550.
  • Place a healthy dusting of rice four on your work area and place risen dough on surface. Press the dough in the center to spread it some then pick it up and flip it back and forth just like you see in a pizzeria. It will hold together if you've risen it in the fridge and strech out after 4 or 5 flips.
  • Place on a pan or pizza screen and add the sauce, ingredients and the cheese. Place in the oven on a stone if you have one and are using the screen. If you're using the screen you can remove it halfway through and place it directly on the stone. It will be done in approx 7 minutes.
