Italian Flag Salad

- 12 oz block of mozzarella cheese (fresh is better) shopping list
- 10.5 oz pkg of cherry tomatoes shopping list
- .66 oz fresh basil shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- freshly ground pepper shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
How to make it
- Cube mozzarella cheese and place in medium sized bowl.
- Slice cherry tomatoes in half and place on top of cubed mozarella.
- Either chiffonade the fresh basil or use a food processor to chop it. Throw it on top of all of the other ingredients in the bowl.
- Pour just enough olive oil to coat the other ingredients. Use a spoon to mix everything evenly.
- Place in refrigerator for about 1/2 an hour.
- Season to taste
- Enjoy!
