I love Thai food and red curry soup, maybe another name, I forget. Coconut nectar? Is this in a regular grocery store? Sorry, never have tried to buy this ingredient. Is the pineapple chucks the tweak? I know the red curry soup I get doesn't have pineapple chunks. I guess it could be made without the pineapple, the recipe has great ingredients! The pic looks just great, I could eat the screen. Looks just like the restaurant dish.JJ
