How to make it

  • Shell eggs and cut in half, lengthwise.
  • Gently remove yolks and put in a small mixing bowl.
  • Place the egg whites on a platter or egg serving tray.
  • Add the deviled ham, relish and mayonnaise and mix well.
  • Put the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Depending on taste, you can add mustard, finely chopped onion and/or celery, but the above is how my guys like it.

    I've never heard of using deviled ham in deviled eggs - my DH loves both so this is a dish he would absolutely love. And some onion would just make it better. Thanks for sharing.
