I love Tator Tot Hot Dish and I am from Minnesota but have a couple of differences:
instead of the french green beans I use frozen Vegetables (this way more vege varieties are used and it's a great way to sneak in several vege's to kids and those who avoid them)
I use cream of chicken instead of cream of celery (there are already a lot of vege's with the frozen and the added protein in the cream of chicken is a plus & I like the flavor better)
    1. brown the ground beef with onion salt and pepper
    2. in a mixing bowl or if the saute pan is large enough blend in the beef, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, half of a can of milk to help thin out the consistency and gently blend in the tator tots all together (use your judgement on the amount of milk)
    3. place this mixture into a baking dish, add a generous amount of shredded cheese on top and bake until done
    An awesome dish indeed :)

    Great Hotties Totties recipe :)

I think I could get my Grandsons to actually consume their green beans with this great sounding casserole dish.

    Thank-you

    Kind Regards
