How to make it

  • Cut radishes into halves, length-wise.
  • Mix sour cream, butter and chives together in a bowl.
  • Spoon mixture into a pastry bag with a leaf tip (I use a #70).
  • Squeeze mixture decoratively onto the radish halves.
  • Serves as is, or on a bed of course salt for dipping to taste.
