Parmesan Crusted Stuffed Chicken

- 6 boneless skinless breast halves shopping list
- 18 fresh asparagus spears, trimmed shopping list
- 3/4 c. finely shredded mozzarella shopping list
- 2/3 c. parmesan shopping list
- 1/2 c.melted butter shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 400
- make a pocket in each breast half
- fill the pockets with the cheese
- add three aparagus spears to each
- place on baking sheet sprayed with pam
- brush each pocket with butter
- generously top each pocket with parmesan
- drizzle any remaining butter over the parm.
- bake 20 min or so
