How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Grease an 8" square pan.
  • Cream together shortening, peanut butter and honey.
  • Add tofu puree, banana and soymilk, beating well.
  • Add flour, bran, flaxseed, cocoa, baking soda and sea salt to the mixture, mixing well. Add a little soymilk if necessary.
  • Bake for 40 minutes. Cool completely in pan before cutting and serving.
