How to make it

  • Boil the water and add all ingredients except the mushrooms and tofu. Let it cook on low hear for about 30 minutes. Let it cool down a bit and then use a hand mixee to blend the soup. Heat the soup again for another 10 minutes and then add mushroom and tofu. If you like it a little spicy...top it with a pinch of chilly flakes.
