How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Do not over beat, just til everything is nicely moist. Spoon on to heated waffle iron. Cook til golden brown and wonderfully crisp. Serve with maple syrup or your favorite jams and jellies. They are just so good and so simple.
