Coconut Lemon Cupcakes

This recipe combines the tastes of lemon coconut.It is very delicious and the first time I made it my family absolutely loved it!

1 box of white or vanilla cake mix(use ingredients on the box-eggs, water, oil) shopping list
5 tablespoons of lemonade powder shopping list
1/2 or 1 cup of shredded coconut shopping list

-preheat oven to 350F (180C)
-follow directions on cake mix box
-add in lemonade powder and shredded coconut to the mix, stir wel
-pour into 12 greased muffin cups (you may choose to use muffin/cupcake liners)
-bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean (cooking times may very for every oven)
-let cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes
-you may choose to frost with coconut buttercream, lemon glaze, etc. (my family and I prefer this recipe with no frosting or glaze)
-eat and enjoy!
