- 6 medium large steamed crabs shopping list
- 1 medium sized tomato, chopped shopping list
- white pepper shopping list
- 2 tbps crushed garlic shopping list
- 2 eggs, separated shopping list
- 3 tbsps cooking oil shopping list
- ½ cup chopped onions shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Remove the meat of the crabs from the shells. Set aside shells.
- Saute garlic, onion, tomato and crabmeat.
- Clean crab shells with sautéed crab meat mixture.
- Beat egg whites 8 to 10 minutes until stiff.
- Add yolks, salt, and pepper. Beat for 3 minutes.
- Place about a tablespoon of egg over stuffed crabs.
- Fry in hot oil in a pan for 5 minutes on each side until slightly brown.
