How to make it

  • -in a deep pot, cook potatoes in enough boiling water to cover for 20-25 minutes or until tender.
  • -drain
  • -while potatoes are still hot, add butter and cream cheese and mash until combined.
  • -add milk and cheese, stir to combine
  • -serve as a side dish with some gravy and chives (optional)
