How to make it

  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for meatballs. Mix well.
  • Form round shapes and pan fry them in olive oil.
  • Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a sauce pan.
  • Add the carrots and potatoes.
  • When the carrots and potatoes are half-cooked, add the Demi Glase Sauce. Mix well.
  • Add water. Mix well.Boil then simmer for a few minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to suit your taste.
  • Add the green peas and meatballs.
  • Simmer for 1 minute.
  • Turn off heat.
  • Serve with rice.
