How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325°F
  • pound the 2 steaks until 1/8 of an inch thick
  • slice into 8 sections
  • cut all the veggies and put in a bowl with the garlic and the balsamic dressing and mix
  • lay each piece of steak flat and fill with the veggie mixture and roll up
  • place rolls in a casserole dish, folded side down
  • pour 1/2 cup of beef broth over rolls
  • cover with foil and bake in the oven for 50 minutes
  • after 50 minutes shut the oven off and let sit
  • on the stove, cook mushrooms and 1/2 tbsp of butter until soft (on med/hi heat)
  • ad the rest of the butter
  • when butter is melted ad the flour and mix
  • ad the balsamic vinegar and 3/4 cup beef broth
  • ad about 3/4 cup of juice from the bottom of the casserole dish
  • bring to a boil
  • lower temperature and let simmer for 7 minutes.
  • serve with a side of rice or potato and poor gravy over dish and Enjoy!

    This could,and,should be served in a very elite restaurant.I would be proud to serve this to the most finicky blue blood that I know.
